This is the official page for the Vekhayn Workout Program.
Completely free, but a solid program to put serious muscle and size on people. This is a bodybuilding oriented program meant to put on defined, aesthetic muscle- while still actually growing a ton of muscle mass.
What I’m trying to say is- it’s designed to make you look shredded and huge.
This isn’t really a powerlifting program or crossfit or whatever, but if you want to build muscle and look good, this is probably the right one for you.
Fair warning, it’s an intense program, it requires hard work- and will probably take you some time. But, if you want serious muscle and results- it just takes serious hard work.
There isn’t really any catch to this program- I’m not selling anything, I’m not some internet guru. I have been bodybuilding for a long time, and I’m passing this program on to you.

I don’t want to sound mean- I just want to help people new to the gym reach their goals. When I was new I wasn’t given any advice, I was confused on how to diet, I had no idea what was going on. So, here it is:

- Overhead Press 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps
- Overhead Press Machine 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2 reps
- Side Lateral Raises 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
- Bicep Dumbbell Curls 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
- Bicep Curl Machine 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
- Hammer Curls 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
- Skullcrushers 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
- Tricep Extension Cable 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
- Tricep Extension Machine 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 reps
