      This drink should only take a few minutes to make, have great macros, and get you synthesizing that muscle right away. Additionally, this protein shake will taste great and not leave any heartburn or leave your stomach reeling.

Ingredients:

      Your ingredients may differ slightly based on what type of milk and protein powder you use, but the general idea is still the same, personally I use:

Some people like to add fruits to their shake and this is a great way to add vitamins and give you some energy throughout the day as well as great taste. I would recommend adding a banana or blueberries to this shake to add some fruit in your diet.

How To Make

Setup your blender and then you will start out by assembling the following three ingredients in any order:
